With over 50 years of experience in construction, Steve Dolan brings unmatched expertise and dedication to every project. As the owner of S&D Renovations, Steve has spent decades perfecting his craft across all aspects of building and remodeling.

In his role as Project Manager at Dolan Construction, Steve works closely with his son, Tre’, overseeing projects from start to finish. His extensive knowledge and attention to detail ensure that every job meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. Together, they continue a family legacy built on integrity, experience, and a commitment to excellence in both residential and commercial construction.

With over 50 years of experience in construction, Gary LaCoste is a cornerstone of Dolan Construction’s project management team. As the Project Estimator, Gary meticulously plans and budgets each project, ensuring every detail aligns with clients' expectations. But his role goes far beyond estimates—Gary is also the primary supervisor on project sites, overseeing every phase of construction with a keen eye for quality and safety.

Gary’s extensive experience and hands-on leadership make him an invaluable asset to Dolan Construction, where he ensures each project is completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards. His dedication to excellence helps bring Dolan Construction’s vision of quality craftsmanship to life on every job site.

As Marketing & Operations Coordinator at Dolan Construction, Alexi oversees branding, marketing strategy, and internal operations to ensure the company runs as smoothly behind the scenes as it does on the job site. She manages digital marketing, client communications, and team coordination while supporting HR functions that help keep projects organized and teams aligned.

With a background in branding, design, and business operations, Alexi plays a key role in maintaining Dolan Construction’s professional presence while supporting the people and processes that drive each project forward.
